Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nayalink, operated by [Legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Nayalink lets you create short links, generate QR codes, route clicks by rules, and view aggregate click analytics, along with a REST API. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Nayalink to shorten or distribute links to content that is unlawful, or that facilitates phishing, malware, spam, fraud, or infringement. Destination URLs are scanned for phishing and malware, and we may block, disable, or remove links and accounts that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) on the cadence shown on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. [Confirm refund, trial, and cancellation terms.]

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the links and content you create; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. [Confirm liability cap with your counsel.]

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. We may update them from time to time; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Questions? Contact .
